By booking or using Clickzy Photobooth services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.


1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
  • The remaining balance must be paid on the same day after the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Advance Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • The advance payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • If the event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by the client, the advance amount will not be refunded or adjusted.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the event date are not eligible for any refund.

3. Event Duration & Operating Time

  • The photobooth will operate only for the duration agreed at the time of booking.
  • Our software operates on an hourly subscription basis; therefore, extensions beyond the agreed duration are not possible without additional charges.
  • Any additional time requested will be charged separately at the applicable rate and is subject to availability.

4. Photo Policy

  • One pose equals one photo print.
  • If multiple copies are required, guests must pose again for each print.

5. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes.
  • 18% GST will be charged additionally on the final quoted amount.

6. Setup & Space Requirements

  • The client must provide adequate space, clear access, and a stable power supply at the venue.
  • Clickzy Photobooth will provide one 10-ft extension cable only; a nearby power source must be ensured by the client.
  • Setup time may vary depending on the venue location and type of photobooth setup.

7. Technical Issues & Refund Policy

  • Our team will promptly address any technical issues during the event.
  • If a technical issue cannot be resolved and the photobooth service must be stopped, a 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued.
  • Such situations are extremely rare, and we take every measure to ensure smooth operation.

8. Event Delays

  • Delays caused by the client, venue, or other vendors will not extend the photobooth service time unless separately agreed upon in advance.

9. Damage to Equipment

  • Any damage to the photobooth setup, props, or equipment caused due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by guests will be chargeable to the client.

10. Safety & Conduct

  • Guests are requested to handle all equipment and props with care.
  • Clickzy Photobooth reserves the right to pause or stop the service if safety concerns arise.

11. Customization Approval

  • All customized photo templates and designs must be approved by the client prior to the event.
  • Requests for changes at the venue may not be accommodated.

12. Photos & Usage Rights

  • All photos captured remain the property of Clickzy Photobooth.
  • Clickzy Photobooth reserves the right to use photos for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes, unless the client submits a written request opting out before the event.

13. Force Majeure

  • Clickzy Photobooth shall not be held responsible for failure to perform services due to natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, venue shutdowns, or circumstances beyond our control.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
